May 27 - David Schaibley presented "Critical Issues for Smoke-free Environments" CDC training

Public Health Law Center Staff Attorney David Schaibley presented a training session on the legal factors to consider when drafting smoke-free policies, with the goal of minimizing the risks of litigation.  Attendees were Centers for Disease Control and Prevention staff and grantees in the Communities Putting Prevention to Work program funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.  The training was conducted as part of a national Action Institute held in San Diego, California.
