Despite the sales boom in e-cigarettes and similar nicotine delivery devices, public health regulation of these products has continued to play catchup. This 1-hr. webinar will provide an overview of the national regulatory landscape regarding e-cigarettes and related devices, and describe policy options that states and local communities (including boards of health) might want to consider to protect public health by regulating the sale, use and price of these emerging (and evolving) products. Presenters are Kerry Cork and Maureen O’Brien, staff attorneys at the Tobacco Control Legal Consortium.
