In this session, we will explore the full lifecycle of policy development—from research and issue identification to policy implementation and evaluation. Participants will learn how to incorporate equity at every stage of the process, ensuring that commercial tobacco control efforts are reflective of the community. This session will also highlight examples of equitable policies already in practice throughout California.
